Heni : Hallo Ayu...!
Ayu : Heni, what do you
think is the best action to reduce global warming?
Heni : I think everyone
should start changing their way of life.
Ayu : What do you mean?
Heni : Well, we have to
start to do what we can, to help reduce global warming.
Ayu : What do you
suggest that we should do?
Heni : Well, there are
lots of things that we can do. We should start saving electricity, start
recycling things, start using public transport means, buying and consuming as
much as we need only, etc. Basically, just save anything that we can.
Ayu : Why is global
warming possible?
Heni : Global warming
occurs because of two things: a natural global warming cycle, or natural
damage.
The global warming and
cooling cycle has been proven to exist, every thousand years at least one
period of cooling and heating.
For natural
destruction, things like the destruction of the Ozone layer in our atmosphere,
the increasing amount of greenhouse gases (gases like carbon dioxide and
methane) that trap solar thermal energy in the earth, the increase in
greenhouse gases is thought to be human, we use energized facilities Fossils
(oil, coal) etc.
Ayu : Wow! You know a
lot of things about global warming. Where did you learn all of that from?
Heni : Well, I read
newspapers, magazines, and also search for information in the internet. Actually, I want to inform what I’ve learned
to everyone so that everybody can start helping to save our nature.

HapusIn addition, humans, animals and plants become living creatures that will be affected by global warming. Animals and plants that can not adapt will become extinct. The extinction of organism species will reduce biodiversity. If many organisms become extinct, the ecosystem becomes unstable. 1. Penguin populations in the Antarctic region decreased by about 30% in the last 25 years due to habitat depletion
2. The polar bear population at the north pole decreases due to the difficulty of getting food due to the reduction of the ice sheet.
3. Reduced corals in the marine ecosystem due to increased acidity of seawater. Sea water becomes acidic when a lot of carbon dioxide is dissolved. Increased acidity of seawater decreases the amount of carbonate ions that make up the corals
4. Reduced area of mangrove forest that disrupts the life in the coastal areas due to tidal waves and frequent floods, as well as the difficult availability of clean water.
Why is there Global Warming and Climate Change?

* Average amount of sunlight and cloud thickness.
* Air and wind pressure.
* Storm events (type, average number of years, and seasonal patterns).
For the most part, this is what we think of as "weather." Indeed, weather patterns are expected to change in response to global warming:
* Some areas will become drier, some will become wetter;
* Many areas will experience an increase in bad weather events like killer heat waves, hurricanes, floods, and ice storms.
What if the effect continues

Short wavy heat radiation (0.3 to 3 μm) captured and absorbed by the Earth's atmosphere, causes the temperature in the Earth's atmosphere to increase. Some of this heat radiation will be forwarded into space and some will be absorbed by the surface of the earth. Radiation with a wavelength of 3 to 100 um in addition to causing heating of the earth's atmosphere, will be absorbed also by the earth's surface.
